Senior Citizen Program Michigan State Fair

I led the development of the 2025 Senior Citizens' Program by overseeing every aspect from start to finish. This included securing vendors, entertainment, coordinating digital signage, registration, creating the seating chart, and ensuring a smooth and successful experience for more than 950 attendees. Every detail was intentional, and every challenge was met because success does not wait, and neither did I.

Vendors I Acquired

Each photo features me alongside a vendor I personally secured for the event. While the target was to secure 15 vendors, I exceeded expectations by bringing in 17 — a testament to both my initiative and strong communication skills. This above-and-beyond outcome wasn’t luck; it was effort, persistence, and strategy.

Set-Up & Tear-Down Fundraiser Michigan State Fair

I successfully planned and executed a set-up/tear-down fundraiser for sports groups and organizations at the Michigan State Fair. During this time, I recruited and coordinated 126 volunteers over two days (exceeding the 30-per-day goal) for the Setup. Additionally, I managed an additional 70 volunteers for the event tear-down fundraiser. This experience strengthened my leadership, organization, and volunteer management skills while driving meaningful support for the community.

Flyers Created For Dispersal Among Organizations

Each piece was carefully crafted with vision and purpose, designed to spark engagement and inspire participation in the fundraiser. Together, they raise awareness, rally support, and unite the community behind the Michigan State Fair.

The photos and videos above capture the energy and excitement of the incredible volunteers who came together to support this fundraiser. I’m thrilled to have recruited such enthusiastic groups, whose teamwork made the event a success. Represented were Wayne DeMolay Chapter, Lightning Robotics, Walled Lake Western Soccer, Troy Sting Hockey, Novi High School Robotics – Frog Force, Christian Athletic League of Michigan, Novi RoboTitans - 11129, and Ferndale High School Cheer.
